All sales are final, no returns, due to sanitary purposes and the personal nature of beauty products that are sold.
We have the right to cancel and refund any order if needed. You will receive an email of refund notice via email.
If you receive a damaged item or wrong item in shipment, contact us for a replacement within 3 business days of receiving shipment.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 business days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
