Note: Items purchased from Amazon, Target, Walmart, BuyBuyBaby, etc., whether online or in-store, will need to be returned directly to the retailer.
How to Initiate a Return for Items Purchased at nanobebe.com
Fill out the form below prior to shipping your package back to us. To help ensure that your return will be eligible for a refund or exchange, please read the Exchange and Return Period and Non-Returnable Items sections below.

Exchange and Return Period
We will exchange or return your item if you contact us within 30 days from the original purchase date. Exchanges and returns will NOT be accepted without proof of purchase/order number. If you received this item as a gift, we ask that you have either the order number or name and email of the person who made the original purchase. Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. We cannot issue a refund or exchange:
- > without proof of purchase
- > if the item has been damaged or if parts have been misplaced by the customer
- > if the order was shipped outside of the United States or Puerto Rico
- > if the item was purchased on clearance or marked as final sale (all sales are final on clearance items).

Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds & Exchanges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or there was an error made on our part.
