Your Order Saves Bumblebees
Bumblebees play a pivotal role in the natural ecosystem, pollinating many plants and crops, including tomatoes and strawberries.
The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is a science-led U.K.-based charity working to protect fragile bumblebee populations and to save the ‘sound of summer.
In the UK alone, there are 24 species of bumblebee, eight of these common and widespread. Six are scarce, with two very rare and threatened with extinction, but recently, wildflower loss and the impacts of intensive farming mean that the population have fallen dramatically.
The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is engaged in habitat creation and restoration, education, research, and advocacy to promote the conservation of all bumblebee species.
Without bumblebees, the biodiversity of all our wild spaces will be threatened – and that´s because protecting them is so important.
The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is doing everything it can to help the bumblebee populations and restore our nature. Join the movement and be a part of creating a better future and help save our bumblebees.
