Damages / issues
Upon taking delivery of your purchase, kindly inspect it for anomalies or deficiencies. Should any be found, connect with us right away in order for us to examine the issue and make amends accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Include certain perishable items (e.g. food, plants, or flowers), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be refunded. If you have any questions or need information about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be the swiftest way to realize the acquisition of one's desired product; simply return the purchased item and once the refund is approved, make a brand-new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we have both received and verified your return, we will promptly inform you if the refund has been successful. If it has, your payment method will be refunded without your intervention within a period of 10 business days. Please take into account that the time it will take for your bank or credit card company to actually process and note the refund can take an additional amount of time.
