We only ship to the USA and Canada. Local pickup is not available, we are exclusively online only. The shipping and return policies for our suppliers are unique to each supplier. Shipping times may vary. Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Damages of this package may result in a fee. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (i.e., if you paid with a credit card, the refund would be issued back to your credit card).
