When returning merchandise, there must NOT be any writing, pricing, or any other marks on the item or package. The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly. Orders may be canceled by calling our customer care department or by sending a notification by e-mail. Personalized items cannot be canceled or returned.

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size, color, or item, please email us at info@shoponin.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Damages of this package may result in a fee. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (i.e., if you paid with a credit card, the refund would be issued back to your credit card).
